This privacy notice tells you what to expect when Together In One Place collects personal information.

Visitors to our website

When someone visits Together In One Place we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone as we have set the IP address to be anonymised within the Google Analytics settings.

We use a third party provider, MailerLite to deliver our e-newsletters. These are sent each time a new post is published, or occasionally impromptu mailings when we have some specific information which we feel would be of use to you that wouldn’t warrant a blog post.  We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Together In One Place uses third party services, via plugins, to help maintain the security and performance of our website. To deliver this service some plugins process the IP addresses of visitors to the Together In One Place website.


We use a third party service,, to host this blog. is run by Automattic Inc. We use a standard WordPress service to collect anonymous information about users’ activity on the site, for example the number of users viewing pages on the site, to monitor and report on the effectiveness of the site and help us improve it. If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by these services.

Emails sent to Together In One Place are processed by our Hosting Company.  We currently use TSO Hosts and you can view their Privacy Policy here.
